the location proved quite convenient. our room was comfortable (i slept so well!).
the check-in process felt somewhat slow. i wish it had been faster and more streamlined.

the light switches in the room were a bit confusing to operate.

The plane noise overhead was a constant reminder i wasn't alone. honestly, i think those pilots were deliberately showing off. then there was breakfast. I expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber. the buffet seemed straight out of a budget motel, which isn't exactly the culinary experience i was hoping for.

the pillows were horrible. the pool was not heated. the service was horrible! i waited 90 mins for someone to come check my bags out of my room, causing me to miss most of my day i had planned at seaworld
